These terms govern your use of the RepScope app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. What the App does

The App analyzes training videos on your device and provides reference information about your form — a score, notes on what to fix, and advice.

2. Important disclaimer: this is not medical advice

  1. The analysis, scores, and AI coaching the App provides are training reference information estimated from video. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  2. We do not guarantee that the analysis is accurate or complete. Results vary with filming conditions such as camera angle, lighting, and clothing.
  3. You train at your own risk and judgement. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the provider is not liable for injury or damage arising from use of the App.
  4. If you have pain or discomfort, please consult a doctor or another qualified professional.

3. Conditions of use

  1. If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  2. If you film another person, you must obtain their consent first.

4. Pricing and subscriptions

  1. The App itself is free. Additional features (RepScope Pro) are offered as a monthly subscription.
  2. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  3. You can cancel at any time in the iOS Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  4. We do not offer prorated refunds. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
